The term "parent-child alienation" refers to those situations in which a child is in a process of psychological rejection from either parent due to the influence of the other parent.
But children need both parents, as required by law.
Unfortunately, this is often not the case. In the event of a separation or divorce, children lose contact with a parent, even if the parent does not want it. They get into a so-called conflict of loyalty. The child is overwhelmed and therefore believes that the other party should be rejected, misunderstood.
This is not healthy, especially for the child. He suffers now and suffers all his life.
Even for the separated parent, it's endless suffering and pain. The child doesn't want to see you anymore. For no apparent reason. The child is so desperate that he completely separates from himself at the same time grandparents, half-siblings, and in general all people in the circle of the rejected parent.
It is a feeling of utter helplessness, of desperation for the child and for the parents! And it should never happen!
Preventing this "discomfort" is a priority for AGNA!
And she intends to do so on Tuesday , March 8th, “Women's Day”, to achieve full gender equality in our society.
And it does this by promoting the implementation of “good practices” that: - recognize and respect the importance of both parenting roles in
children's psychophysical development -
facilitate children's relationship with both parents -
their parental responsibilities in the upbringing and care of children Acknowledging and taking on children equally - taking on together,
each to the extent of their strength, Appropriate child support
Good practices that, when recognized, respected and implemented in everyday life by us citizens, institutions, support services and the business world, bring well-being and serenity to children, fathers and mothers, in full respect of gender equality.
We deal with: changeable, mediation, calculation of care contributions, functioning of the institutions.
The open questions are numerous and the afternoon of study should be an opportunity to take stock of the situation and agree on corrective actions between all the actors involved (parents, praetors, lawyers, members of the ARP, mediators, sociologists, psychologists, educators, etc.).
